What condition is the unit in and what does Pre-Owned mean?

As with any used product, some minor scratches, dings, or imperfections may be present, and these minor cosmetic defects are not covered under the 90 day warranty since they do not affect the functionality of the SCSI card in any way. When will my order be shipped?
