How long does it take to get my order shipped? Orders are typically processed and packaged for shipment within a 24 to 48 hour time period. Your package should then take the number of days corresponding to your choice of shipping method to arrive at your location.
What does Pre Owned mean and is the item covered by warranty? DV Warehouse warranties every Pre Owned Mac part we sell for 90 days. As with any used product, some minor scratches, dings, or imperfections may be present, and these minor cosmetic defects are not covered under the 90 day warranty since they do not affect the functionality of the Item in any way. for more information, please review our product FAQ.
What is your return policy? DV warehouse offers a 90 day warranty on our New, Refurbished, and Pre Owned Mac gear. All qualifying return are assessed a restocking fee of up to 25%, and its Shipping cost are non refundable.
What is EEE Code and is this the right part for my system?An EEE Code is a three digit number that you can find between the last four digits on your items serial number (example: xxxxxxxEEEx). This EEE Code can help you identify the correct part.

What will I be receiving when purchasing this Cinema Display Monitor? The monitor itself. No power cord is required, as this monitor is powered through the ADC connection.
How do I know if my system is compatible with this monitor? Although most monitors will work with any system, provided that the connection matches, there is no way to absolutely guarantee a perfect compatibility. For more information, please visit Apple's FAQ regarding their displays. Please check out Apple's "Display Compatibility" article if you own a PowerMac G4 and are not sure of this product's compatibility with your system.
What condition is the system in and what does Pre-Owned mean? Although we support the idea of quality testing on our units, LCD technology itself has a minor defect. That defect includes dead pixels every now and then. We try our best to ship out LCD's with minimal dead pixels (less than 2) if none at all. DV Warehouse warranties every Pre-Owned Mac product we sell for 90 days. As with any used product, some minor scratches may be present solely on the casing, and these minor cosmetic defects are not covered under the 90 day warranty. Your package should then take the number of days corresponding to your choice of the shipping method to arrive at your location. (Please note that we do not ship out during the weekends, as FedEx does not normally do weekend deliveries. If you absolutely need an item to arrive during the weekend, a Saturday Delivery charge can be incurred and FedEx will then deliver your package to you on a Saturday).
