Does DV Warehouse offer any technical support or advice?
All product Technical Support is provided by the product manufacturer. DV Warehouse offers
limited support on
new products covered under manufacturers warranty.
How do I find the support contact information for the product?
Most products have support information clearly noted in the manual and generally the
packaging as well.
This is your best source for finding that elusive support number. If your product was
purchased from
DV Warehouse, we should have some support information as well in our Refrence
Library.

Does DV Warehouse have a walk-in store or will call facility where I can physically
pick-up my merchandise?
We do not have a retail store but anyone is welcome to stop by our warehouse & demo
facility for a will call pick up; just please call in advance to have your order ready.
Majority of the orders get placed on-line and are then shipped via FedEx, or in the case
of military bases, via APO U.S. Postal Service, no exceptions.

All returns must be approved, issued an RMA# prior to its arrival at our location.
Packages do not get received unless its has a RMA # no exceptions.

With such a vast selection of merchandise, sometimes you may overlook the fabulous deals
we offer our customers each and every day. That is why we offer the DV Warehouse
