Title Composer
Makes title pages that may be played back in sequence and edited while off-line while another image is being shown. Once composed, title pages can be played back in sequence from a list. Even with a pre-made list, changes can easily be made while the show is going on. Title pages can include:

• Graphic Images
• Static or animated text. The CG-300 supports TrueType typefaces and can be sized, kerned, rotated, and italicized. Each character can have up to two edge and three shadow styles. The edges and shadows can be colorized with a solid or transparent colors, color gradients, or textures.
• Background color boxes
• Geometric shapes
• Background (live) video

Display List Editor
Used to create and edit the list of images. Drag and drop your pages from the Title, Animation or Graphic Catalogs onto the Display List and create your playback sequence with ease.

Preview Window
Next screen preview; allows you to preview any particular page without going live with it.

Media Catalogs
Information is organized into Title, Animations and Graphic Catalogs.

• The Title Catalog shows all your static text pages.
• The Animation Catalog shows text and shape animations that have been created and pre-rendered with the Title Composer.
• The Graphic Catalog shows the graphic images stored in the folders that are included in the catalog.

• 16,777,216 colors with 256 levels of transparency (24-bit color with 8-bit alpha). Color can be selected by adjusting RGB or HLS levels.
• Advanced color gradients - create smooth gradients between any 2 colors in the characters, edges, shadows, and shapes.
  • Linear color gradients with up to 16 color points can be rotated up to 90° in either direction
  • Area gradients with up to 5 points of color
• Textures - characters, edge, and shadows can be drawn with user-defined textures (marble, wood grain, etc). As many as 16 different textures can be used on each page.
• Shapes - up to 32 shapes per page. Each shape can be set to a solid color, semi-transparent color, a color gradient, or a texture. Shapes are controlled by ratio and roundness (i.e. 100% results in a circle while 0% results in a square, 25% is a square with round corners, etc.). The shapes can be edged, colored, sized, italicized, and rotated just like text characters.
• Logos - Up to 16 full-color logos can fine-positioned, overlapped, sized, etc. just like characters.
• 1000 Layers - Text, logos, and shapes can be placed on multiple layers, each independent of the others. Layers can be named
• All character, edge, and shadow attributes are selectable character by character.
• Unlimited Text Styles
• User-defined Text Style Gallery - One button access to your 64 most used text styles.
• Typefaces - each page can use up to 25 different typefaces. CG-300/350 supports Truetype typefaces.
  • Character height - -600 to +600 scanlines in 1 scanline increments. A negative height makes the character appear inverted.
  • Character width - 10% - 500% of normal in 1% steps.
  • Italics angle - -45° to +45° in 1 degree steps.
  • Rotation angle - -360° to 360° in 1 degree increments.
  • Character and edge blur - Variable from 2 (sharpest) to 12 (heavy blur). Character and edge blur can be set independently of each other.
  • Character, edge, and shadow colors can be set to one of 16,777,216 colors with 256 levels of transparency and can be either a solid color, a smooth color gradient or be drawn with user-defined textures.
  • Two independent edges - five types for a variety of styles
