We do not have a retail store but anyone is welcome to stop by our warehouse & demo
facility for a will call pick up; just please call in advance to have your order ready.
Majority of the orders get placed on-line and are then shipped via FedEx, or in the case
of military bases, via APO U.S. Postal Service, no exceptions.

All returns must be approved, issued an RMA# prior to its arrival at our location.
Packages do not get received unless its has a RMA # no exceptions.
