Our Certification Process

Our experienced service technicians thoroughly test and refurbish each pre-owned Mac machine. We conduct a multi-point inspection to replace any faulty components like the logic board, hard drives, memory, I/O ports, and Wi-Fi.

Plus, each inner module and case is cleaned. Although some outer cases may have a few minor dings or scratches, we do not accept laptops that are in poor condition. We only accept those that are high quality and offer the best performance.

It's important to note that the display has no scratches or dead pixels before we certify it as a refurbished Mac. It's simple - if it's not working right, we don't ship it!

Our 90-Day Warranty

Your purchase is backed by our 90-Day Warranty and includes a battery and its charger. We also have a 1-year or 2-year extended hardware warranty available as well.

Our Shipping Policy

Your refurbished MacBook will be packaged and shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Depending on the shipping method you select, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner, select the Express or Overnight Service, which will come with higher shipping costs.

Saturday deliveries may cost more. International orders are subject to additional handling charges.

Store Pick Up

Many products are available to be picked up at our Los Angeles location. We also provide a Will Call Pick Up service which allows you to pick up your package in certain areas rather than having it shipped to your home. Not all items are eligible for pick-up service, so speak with one of our sales representatives for item availability.
