Rates

  • Turn-around time: Queue time 24-48 hours
  • Standard service labor cost: $65 per hour*
  • Rush service Labor cost: $125 per hour*
  • Rush service Diagnostic repairs: $90 flat rate
  • Data Transfer Service: Starting at $99
  • Data Migration & Recovery: $150-$250 flat rate
  • On-Site Service: $125 per hour* + mileage
  • Liquid Damage Repair: As low as $90
* All labor rates are charged by the hour for a minimum of 1 hour.

 

Where To Get A Repair *

Drop Off

Make an appointment with our customer service and come by at our office to drop off your machine. As soon as it's done, we will call you for a pick up schedule.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Pick Up And Delivery

For a small fee, we will pick up your machine, bring them back to our office for repair, and deliver them back to you as soon as it's done. Pick up and drop off location must be within 10 miles radius from our address.

On Site

For an additional fee, we will arrange to have one of our repair specialist go to your location and fix your machine on the spot.
